It’s about time when I saw that everyone has been talking about the GlamGlow Flashmud Brightening Treatment Masque which made me want to try it. One day when me and my sister were on phone so we had a chit-chat about the product, though it is readily available in Singapore where she resides but it isn’t the case in India. I am not sure about Sephora as I didn’t check there but checked on Amazon India and could find it there. However, my sister dear brought this for me on her visit to Pune. We both have one thing in common and that is we don’t normally buy a bigger packaging unless a smaller one is unavailable when trying a product for the first time. So this packaging seemed to be descent one to try on.
Directions to Apply as on box:
Apply to dry face in circular motions to pre-exfoliate. Leave for 20 minutes and the product will turn semi transparent as ingredients absorb.. To start use 3 days in a row , thereafter user 2-3 times a week
My take on the Product:
Though from outside the bottle seemed to be a descent take, however inside the quantity was too less with that been said the tub is in a shape which isn’t deep from inside as compared to outside. The consistency of the GlamGlow Flashmud Brightening Treatment Masque is quite good, although I had read about it that it could be harsh for sensitive skin type but it was fine for me. The texture of the product didn’t appear to have water as an ingredient but more of oil based, however, it as per the product description it has both (not sure what ratio). It extensively cleanses the pores of the skin making it appear very fresh and leaving the skin very radiant. Also, it instantly removes the blackheads and brightens the skin. The small packaging came at $42 and the product barely lasted 3 applications, though on the tub it was mentioned to use 3 days a week and thereafter 2-3 times per week for best results as the product got over too soon I couldn’t get a chance to try another week as recommended. I have dry skin and my sister has combinational skin type and it gave fairly good results on both type of skin, though the product claims for all skin types. I personally think it was a bit expensive for the quantity though the results were good but not extraordinary and I am not sure if any other product at the same price could give better results than it. If money isn’t a constraint then it is surely a good product to try on.
- instant radiant skin
- extensively cleanses the pores
- for all skin types
- too expensive
- very little quantity for the price
I would rate it a 4/5
